Tether CEO: There are currently no plans to launch an official blockchain
Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, clarified on Twitter that Tether currently has no plans to launch an official blockchain. He stated that one of the main reasons for not launching Tether Chain is to maintain neutrality, and for Tether, cooperation with other companies and communities is more important than achieving centralization. He also pointed out that there are currently several independent layer-two solutions exploring the use of USDT as a means of transaction fee support.
