BREAKING: WisdomTree Registers XRP Spot ETF in Delaware

In a breaking news report, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett reported that WisdomTree has filed for an XRP Spot ETF in Delaware. This does not constitute an endorsement.

Terrett added that he had verified the recording from company sources.

Eleanor Terrett made the following statement regarding the details of the matter:

“Wisdom Tree’s registration will likely be followed by an S-1 filing with the SEC at some point. They would then join other issuers that have recently filed S-1s for XRP ETFs, including Bitwise, 21Shares, and Canary Funds. Additionally, Grayscale has launched an XRP Trust and filed to convert its multi-asset fund, including XRP, into an ETF.

“I reported last week that SEC staff were in contact with issuers regarding SOL ETF applications. It will be interesting to see how the agency responds to the wave of XRP ETF applications and whether they will engage with them.”
