Bloomberg analyst: SEC has never called Litecoin a security

Since Trump's election, multiple companies have submitted numerous applications for crypto ETFs, including Solana, Dogecoin, and Litecoin. Crypto asset management company Grayscale has also applied for an XRP exchange-traded fund. However, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart warns against being too optimistic at the moment. Although he believes that the XRP ETF may be approved in 2025, other cryptocurrency ETFs may follow suit. The ongoing lawsuit by the US Securities and Exchange Commission involving "XRP is a security" has never referred to Litecoin as a security, so it would not be surprising to see the Litecoin ETF appear first.
