CoinGecko survey: 87% of crypto users are willing to let AI manage some of their assets
according to the latest survey by CoinGecko, although 37.5% of cryptocurrency users say they do not trust AI to manage their cryptocurrency wallets, 87.1% of respondents are still willing to let AI agents manage at least one-tenth of their investment portfolios. It is worth noting that 14.5% of respondents (about one-seventh) are even willing to hand over all their cryptocurrency assets to AI control. Regarding AI's trading ability, there are still differing market views, with about half believing that AI is superior to humans in most cases, while the other half remains skeptical. In terms of short-term trading, 48.7% of people are optimistic about AI performance, while long-term investment has a support rate of 46.6%. The survey was conducted between February and March 2025 and involved 2,632 cryptocurrency participants from around the world, with 51% being long-term investors and 26% being short-term traders.
