Tokenized Asset Issuer Securitize Acquires Fund Administration Business from MG Stover
According to Jinse, tokenized asset issuer Securitize announced on Tuesday that it has acquired MG Stover's fund administration business. The company stated that the MG Stover team will now operate under Securitize Fund Services (SFS) to enhance the company's institutional-grade offerings. Following the acquisition, SFS currently manages 715 funds with total assets reaching $38 billion, including Securitize's tokenized fund products. Securitize now offers a complete suite of integrated services: fund administration, token issuance, brokerage, transfer agency, and alternative trading system (ATS).
