BOB announces the integration of deBridge, unlocking more liquidity for Bitcoin DeFi
The mixed Layer2 project BOB (Build on Bitcoin) has announced its successful integration with the cross-chain interoperability protocol deBridge, making BOB the first Bitcoin Layer2 supported by deBridge. DeBridge is a secure interoperability layer for Web3, supporting decentralized transmission of any message and value between different blockchains. Through this integrated consolidation, connections have been established from over 20 EVM and non-EVM public chain ecosystems (Solana, Berachain, Hyperliquid, Sonic etc.) to the BOB ecosystem. Users can seamlessly transfer and convert assets and data on these chains via deBridge. This will unlock a new liquidity route for Bitcoin DeFi, breaking down barriers between the Bitcoin ecosystem and other public chains. It also marks an important step in building an interoperable ecosystem on the Bitcoin network.
