Gazprombank to issue digital financial assets worth approximately $23.54 million
according to RBC.ru, based on the DFA issuance resolution published on the official website of the National Settlement Depository (NSD) of Russia, Gazprombank will issue a total of 2 billion rubles (approximately 23.54 million US dollars) worth of digital financial assets (DFA). It is reported that Russian DFAs are physical asset tokenized certificates based on blockchain technology, not belonging to the category of cryptocurrencies or tokens traded on cryptocurrency exchanges. DFAs can only be issued by information system operators certified by the Russian Central Bank, including Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Atomyze, Masterchain, NSD and other institutions.
