Injective and Google Cloud Forge New Path for Web3 Development
In Brief The cryptocurrency market faces challenges with the price drop of a major coin. Injective partners with Google Cloud to enhance Web3 development. Google Cloud offers essential tools for Web3 developers.
As of the time this article was prepared, the renowned cryptocurrency had dropped to $86,500 and continues to struggle. The barrier of $89,000 remains unbroken. A lack of risk appetite and varying tones in tariff-related announcements are impacting market charts. During this period, the INJ Coin team released an announcement detailing its partnership with Google Cloud.
INJ Coin and Google
Injective announced today that Google Cloud has become a validator for the Injective network. Many cryptocurrency projects have disclosed partnerships with Google Cloud, making this one of the most popular last-minute stories of the past two years. Google Cloud automates the validator for the relevant altcoin , allowing users to easily run nodes while paying Google rent. Crypto companies market this as a partnership agreement, but it is more akin to an advertising and marketing deal.
Is the situation truly as it appears for Injective? The announcement includes the following details:
“Injective is now part of the distinguished protocols group that receives Web3 services from Google Cloud. By hosting a comprehensive Injective Developer package on Google Cloud, it will further accelerate the adoption of Injective by developers. All these developments contribute to facilitating Web2 and Web3 developers in building, launching, and scaling applications on Injective.”
Rishi Ramchandani, Head of Google Cloud’s Asia Pacific Web3 GTM, also stated:
“Google Cloud is committed to providing the necessary resources to witness the evolution of Web3. We look forward to advancing our collaboration with foundational layer networks like Injective to provide enterprise-ready Web3 infrastructure and developer-friendly tools that enhance the ecosystem’s reliability and decentralization.”
Google Cloud Web3 Portal
Google Cloud had previously launched this service, which brings together various tools for Web3 developers. If we talk about being prepared for the future, Google Cloud must also provide infrastructure for the emerging protocols to maintain its leadership position in Web2.
It includes developer tools necessary for DApp development, such as test tokens (e.g., INJ testnet token). There are kits for blockchain building blocks like nodes, indexers, RPC services, and staking infrastructure. Code libraries (API, SDK) for Web3 are also available.
