Ethena Labs founder Guy Young posted on the X platform saying: "In the past two years, we have only experienced two periods where the average funding rate was below the risk-free interest rate for more than two weeks in a row. After these two times, altcoins have rebounded vertically. Now we are witnessing the third time."
