The number of active addresses on Unichain increased by 611% in a single day, with over 260,000 transactions

According to Nansen data, Unichain's on-chain activity surged a few hours after the mainnet went live, with the number of active addresses reaching 11.9 thousand in the past 24 hours, an increase of 611%; and transaction volume reached 2.6188 million, an increase of 163%.

Yesterday's news announced that Uniswap Labs' Layer2 network Unichain has gone live. Users and developers can build and use DeFi applications and tool ecosystems on Unichain. Nearly 100 crypto products and protocols including Uniswap, Circle, Lido, and Morpho have been built on Unichain; many have already launched today with more expected to go live in the coming weeks.
