BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF Adds Another 6470 BTC to Its Assets

Data from analytics platform BitcoinTreasuries shows that on January 21, the assets of the iShares exchange-traded fund Bitcoin BlackRock's IBIT increased by 6470 BTC ($682,43 million) to reach a total of 563 BTC (about $134 billion).

BlackRock's IBIT has led other spot exchanges in inflows for three days in a row bitcoin ETF , traded in the US. On the day the fund replenished its BTC assets, investors poured $661,9 million into it. Mini was the second largest inflow on January 21 Bitcoin Grayscale Trust, which received nearly $136,39 million.

Inflows of other spot Bitcoin -funds turned out to be much more modest: ARKB from ARK and 21Shares raised about $8,51 million, Fidelity's FBTC raised $6,97 million, and Franklin Templeton's EZBC raised $6,18 million.

Bitwise's BITB bucked the trend, losing $17,41 million. The rest of the BTC- ETF On January 21st we didn't receive a cent.

Total capital inflows in 12 spot Bitcoin -funds amounted to $802,5 million. This is less than the $1,08 billion that ETF from investors on January 20, the day of Donald Trump's inauguration.

Experts attribute the decline in inflows the day after the event to the fact that the initial optimism in cryptocurrency markets following the election of the US president is gradually fading. However, the technical director Komodo Platform Kadan Stadelmann urged market participants to remain hopeful. He believes that Trump’s focus on pressing national issues has simply “postponed immediate action on cryptocurrencies.”
