Expanding Ronin and Shaping the Future of Blockchain Gaming
Ronin’s ecosystem should be expanded by this cooperation, which is well-known for running blockchain games like Axie Infinity .
It also marks a more general change in the gaming sector toward including decentralized technologies, therefore giving gamers additional degrees of ownership and financial possibilities inside their gaming experiences.
By means of a seamless platform, Zentry’s “Play Economy” concept aims to unite several facets of gaming, media, and real-world interactions into one, hence improving user engagement and generating a vivid, linked digital economy.
Sky Mavis, on the other hand, is going through major organizational changes, including a recent 21% employment cut. According to the company, this action is a part of a strategic realignment meant to concentrate resources on creating fresh Axie Infinity games and increasing its profile in the blockchain gaming space.
The integration of Ragnarok Landverse on Ronin is expected to bring a new game era whereby decentralized aspects empower players. This cooperation represents a growing trend in the gaming industry where Web3 technologies allow more immersive and dynamic surroundings.
This initiative intends to draw a varied worldwide audience by using blockchain potential, merging nostalgia for Ragnarok with the innovative prospects presented by Ronin’s ecosystem.
Besides that, CNF previously reported that Sky Mavis started Ronin with PHPC, an ERC-20 token linked to the Philippine peso. Fast, cheap on-chain transactions made possible by this currency highlight Ronin’s ability as a blockchain fit for pragmatic financial uses.
