Exclusive: EtherMail Launches Single Sign On Solution, With Unstoppable Domains as First Partner
The first partner to integrate EtherMail’s single sign-on solution (SSO) is Unstoppable Domains.
Web3 email platform EtherMail has announced the launch of its Single Sign-On (SSO) solution, which provides free wallet connections and rewards for Web3 projects.
According to the press release shared with Cryptonews, EtherMail SSO allows users to access multiple Web3 applications and services with one login.
This move minimizes friction and reduces login-related support queries, it said.
The announcement also described the new solution as “similar to the popular Wallet Connect tool, but free of charge.” WalletConnect is an open-source protocol that allows users to their wallets to different decentralized applications (dapps) and other crypto wallets.
EtherMail’s solution, claims the team, enables projects to integrate wallet functionality and streamline the connection between users and dapps without integration fees.
At the same time, Web3 projects will receive rewards in EMT tokens for every user they bring through the platform.
They’ll also be rewarded for running personalized promotional campaigns that aim to maximize their exposure, said the team.
Meanwhile, EtherMail said that it will work with projects to design and execute these promotional campaigns.
This reward approach, said the team, will boost earnings and growth potential.
Additionally, Web2 and Web3 users can receive EMT by utilizing EtherMail’s Paywall solution.
This is a personalized protective layer that enables email users to filter spam and earn rewards for receiving advertising emails. Through custom preferences, users can define the type of content they are willing to receive.
The First Partner
On-chain domain name provider and digital identity platform Unstoppable Domains is the first partner to integrate EtherMail’s SSO solution, the press release said.
Unstoppable Domains partnered with EtherMail in October this year to introduce ‘.ethermail’ domains, thus including EtherMail as a sign-in option.
This latest move allows users to use their EtherMail credentials to log in to Unstoppable Domains.
Additionally, the .ethermail domains will be minted on Base .
“This integration further streamlines the user experience and strengthens the connection between traditional email and on-chain identity management,” the announcement said.
Shant Kevonian, CEO and Founder of EtherMail, commented that EtherMail works on lowering the barriers to entry in Web3.
This latest SSO solution, he said, provided the Web3 projects with both a wallet connectivity tool, as well as “a pathway to expand their reach and incentivize user engagement.”
“This combination of free access, rewards, and custom promotions will enable dApps to thrive and innovate, Kevonian said.
