Charles Hoskinson Praises Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse Amid Price Rallies for ADA and XRP
Cardano co-founder Charles Hoskinson recently shared that he had a discussion with Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse, offering praise for Garlinghouse’s leadership.
Hoskinson described Garlinghouse as “extremely collaborative” and commended him as a “great CEO,” expressing excitement about the future developments in the crypto space. In response, Garlinghouse thanked Hoskinson for the compliment and emphasized the importance of unity within the cryptocurrency community, noting that collective efforts can benefit the entire sector, as “a rising tide lifts all boats.”
Despite some past conflicts with parts of the XRP community, particularly after Hoskinson accused certain members of misrepresenting him and harassing him publicly, his recent exchange with Garlinghouse indicates a potential thaw in relations.
One notable point of contention between Hoskinson and the XRP community has been the persistent conspiracy theory suggesting that Ethereum’s camp had influenced the SEC to target XRP. Hoskinson has repeatedly dismissed these accusations, stating that no evidence supports such claims and stressing that the narrative is simply not true.
