Bitfarms, Hut 8 and HIVE announce third quarter earnings, holding a total of 12,898 BTC in reserves
bitcoin mining companies Bitfarms, Hut 8, and HIVE Digital have announced their Q3 2024 earnings, with a total of 12,898 BTC reserves held by the three companies. Hut 8 holds 9,106 BTC reserves, with revenue of $43.7 million, which is about $5.5 million higher than expected and almost double the same period last year. HIVE Digital holds 2,604 BTC reserves, with a total cryptocurrency asset value of $165.2 million as of the end of the third quarter. Bitfarms holds 1,188 BTC reserves, with Q3 revenue of $45 million, an 8% increase from the previous quarter, but slightly lower than analyst expectations. The total liquid funds are $146 million, including $73 million in cash and 1,147 BTC.
