Opinion: Trump's reelection may drive a surge in crypto mergers and acquisitions
after being re-elected as president, Trump plans to replace the SEC chairman, which is expected to bring a more friendly regulatory environment for the cryptocurrency industry. Casper Johansen from The Spartan Group and Haseeb Qureshi from Dragonfly Capital both stated that under Trump's administration, CEOs may accelerate expansion through acquisitions. Many cryptocurrency companies, including FalconX and Tether, have MA plans, but high valuations remain a barrier to MA.
