The American Securities Association calls on current SEC Chairman Gary Gensler to resign immediately
the American Securities Association (ASA) has called on Gary Gensler, the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to resign immediately. Chris Iacovella, President and CEO of ASA, said, "Voters have voted for a new direction in this country, and Chairman Gensler should respect this vote and immediately resign from his position. This is the only way for American working families, retired savers, and small businesses to rebuild trust and confidence in the SEC."
