a federal judge in the United States stated that she will not block the Department of Justice from deploying monitors at polling stations in St. Louis, and dismissed a lawsuit filed by Missouri Republican officials. It is reported that the Department of Justice can dispatch observers to election sites in St. Louis and Texas.
