Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark has completed its acquisition of U.S. infrastructure company GRIID Infrastructure following shareholder approval, CEO Zach Bradford said in an Oct. 31 announcement. This is a "strategic move that will allow the company to increase its Bitcoin mining capacity in Tennessee," Bradford said. The acquisition increases CleanSpark's mining capacity by 50 megawatts, bringing it closer to achieving its plan to build 400 megawatts of capacity in the coming years.
