On October 30th, Neo announced the launch of the Neo X Grind hackathon in partnership with IOSG Kickstarter, Web3Labs, Foresight Ventures, and Bitget, which will take place on Neo's EVM-compatible sidechain, Neo X. The hackathon will offer a $70,000 prize pool, and the winning project will have the opportunity to participate in several incubation The winning projects will have the opportunity to participate in several incubation programs, receive $22 million in funding and investment, and fast-track access to exchanges.
The Neo X Grind Hackathon, which includes tracks on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), Infrastructure, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), SocialFi, Real World Assets (RWAs), Gaming, and meme-related infrastructure, begins on October 30th and runs through December 2nd. All projects must deploy smart contracts on the Neo X mainnet by the deadline. This will be followed by two weeks of judging and community voting. Winners will be announced on December 16th.
