Vitalik responded to personal attacks on whether he was "mentally retarded" with a joke
On October 29th, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin responded on social media to @0xgawswolf's question about whether he was making a personal attack on someone by calling them "retarded," saying "yes." Note: "Retarded" is an English word traditionally used to refer to people with intellectual disabilities. However, this word is considered disrespectful and derogatory in modern usage and has been phased out in many places.
