Circle and Hong Kong Telecom Collaborate to Explore Web3-Based Customer Loyalty Solutions
On October 29th, USDC stablecoin issuer Circle signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hong Kong telecommunications, media, and telecommunications provider Hong Kong Telecom (HKT) to explore potential cooperation in developing blockchain-based customer loyalty solutions for merchants in Hong Kong. By leveraging Circle's expertise in Web3 services and HKT's extensive merchant ecosystem and customer engagement capabilities, the two companies aim to develop a customer loyalty solution based on Web3 technology to enhance consumer discovery and interaction with merchants, promoting a more social and dynamic participation experience.
