Pump.fun attacker withdraws guilty plea as lawyer withdraws from case
two months after admitting to "attacking" Pump.fun, Jarett Dunn (also known as Stacc) requested the withdrawal of his guilty plea for abusing his power and transferring criminal assets in the attack on Solana token release platform Pump.fun. With this move, his legal team also withdrew from the case. Jarett Dunn currently has two weeks to find a representative to attend the hearing, where he will seek to change his request. If accepted, the case will enter the trial phase, and many witnesses (including Pump.fun founders) may be summoned to testify. However, the court may still reject Jarett Dunn's request.
