According to breaking news, Microsoft will reportedly hold a vote at its next shareholders meeting to evaluate its Bitcoin investment.
Microsoft disclosed in a filing with the SEC today that the Bitcoin Investment Consideration proposal is currently proposed and will be a voting item for the December 10th shareholder meeting (the filing states that “the Board of Directors recommends voting no on this proposal”).

The Microsoft board is recommending a no vote because they are “already considering a wide range of investable assets,” including Bitcoin.
