Coinbase CEO Endorses Republican Candidates for Senate Elections
Coinbase co-founder and CEO Brian Armstrong has supported multiple Republican candidates for the November US Senate elections. Lawyer John Deaton and former Bridgewater Associates CEO David McCormick are both running under the Republican banner, with Deaton running for a Senate seat in Massachusetts and McCormick running for a Senate seat in Pennsylvania.
In another X post on October 20th, the Coinbase CEO also supported Republican challenger Deaton, who is attempting to recall Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren, who is known for her skeptical stance on cryptocurrency. Although Armstrong supports Republican Senate candidates, he has not supported a presidential candidate.
