Opinion: The Web3 market is still in its early stages and is viewed as a “lottery” by investors
Artur Guliński, co-founder of Orbitt, stated that the Web3 market is still in its early stages and many participants see it as a "lottery". This trend is particularly evident in the blockchain ecosystem where Meme coins have a significant impact. These features distinguish current Web3 traders from their traditional financial market peers who have less volatility.
However, Guliński pointed out that more and more Web3 traders are shifting from short-term strategies to long-term strategies, indicating that the market is maturing. Guliński also warned against relying too much on fraud detection tools and similar software. While valuable for beginners, Guliński emphasized that these tools "should be used as a supplement, not a replacement for healthy skepticism and research."
