Akash Q3's fee collection increased by 1729% year-on-year, and application deployment grew by 138% year-on-year
Akash Network announced in X that its user fees collected in Q3 2024 increased by 1729% year-on-year and 72.5% quarter-on-quarter. The leases (app deployments) created on Akash during this quarter grew by 138% compared to the same period last year, and the average cost per lease increased by 688%, indicating strong growth in both quality and quantity of app deployments. Compared with Q2 of 2024, the number of leases created this quarter decreased by 41%; however, the average cost per lease rose from $6.42 to $18.75, an increase of 192%, suggesting longer deployment times and higher costs.
