Ripple CEO: US SEC overstepped its authority by ignoring court ruling that XRP is not a security
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently tweeted his opposition to the legal action being taken by the US SEC against XRP and the related appeals involving Ripple. Bitnomial, a cryptocurrency derivatives platform, recently filed a lawsuit against the SEC regarding XRP futures regulatory authority. Garlinghouse retweeted the post and stated that they have once again crossed the line for a rebellious organization that many people thought could not further deteriorate.
