TAO Price Prediction: Can Bitgert Outpace TAO in the Long Run?
AI crypto is a big thing in the altcoin space right now. In fact, recent news shows AI-related crypto like Bittensor taking the lead in the current altcoin surge! The market might very well be preparing for the next bull run, spearheaded by altcoins like Bittensor and Bitgert.
Bittensor ($TAO) is one of the most prominent AI crypto making waves right now; Bittensor ranks as the fourth biggest AI crypto and twenty-eighth biggest crypto in the entire market by market cap as of the end of September 2024. On the other hand, Bitgert ($BRISE) is a relatively new L1 project that has yet to go as mainstream as Bittensor.
Bitgert aims to become a comprehensive DeFi platform, as compared to Bittensor. Notably, the DeFi sector displayed phenomenal performance in the bull run of 2021-2022. While the ATH recorded at that time has not been quite matched yet, in 2024, the TVL of DeFi has been the closest to that ATH in the past couple of years. As the next big rally comes closer, DeFi will surely be a sector to watch out for, which is why the shrewd investor would want to take note of projects like Bitgert, along with Bittensor.
While Bitgert is a DeFi project, built on the L1 Subtensor, Bittensor is an open-source protocol powering a decentralized, blockchain-based machine learning network. Naturally, as the AI crypto sector draws more investors, Bittensor is expected to show notable gains in the coming days. However, Bittensor is restricted as an AI crypto platform, which means that if the relatively new sector does not show substantial performance beyond the hype in the coming days, Bittensor could lose value. On the other hand, Bitgert is a much diverse project with a real estate platform, and RWA platform, a CEX, a DEX, a payments platform, and the Startup Studio to boost newer projects live already. Not to mention, Bitgert has just launched its AI Auditing Platform, which was a very important step in the project’s roadmap. This shows Bitgert’s forward-thinking approach and willingness to keep up with the industry, as compared to Bittensor. This will increase user confidence in Bitgert, and is likely to lead to a significant price hike in the near future.
Overall, while the current AI crypto hype suggests a good run for Bittensor ($TAO), Bitgert ($BRISE) belongs to a sector of the crypto world that has been around for a longer time and is expected to hold investor support in the coming days as well. If you ask us, a project like Bitgert with solid fundamentals is expected to outpace Bittensor soon enough.
