Odaily News Federal Reserve Board Governor Bowman said that it is not appropriate to cut interest rates now; if inflation moves towards 2%, interest rate cuts may be considered; if inflation does not slow down, I am still willing to raise interest rates again; I will remain cautious when weighing future changes in the Federal Reserves interest rates; monetary policy is currently restrictive; upside risks to inflation still exist; and it is expected that the inflation rate will only fall moderately this year.
