VGX Foundation Partners with Honeyland to Provide VGX Rewards to Players

The VGX Foundation announced a partnership with the popular Web3 game Honeyland to provide players with rewards for using VGX tokens. VGX is a cross-chain token designed to provide utility to GameFi and the gaming ecosystem. Honeyland is a blockchain-based casual strategy game for iOS and Android platforms and is one of the most popular games on Solana. According to the holder snapshot at 17:00 UTC on June 6, 2024, players who hold Genesis Eggs, Bees, or Queens will be rewarded with VGX.

Thanks to a previous partnership with Gala Games, players who earn VGX can use these tokens on Gala Games to purchase Voyager: Ascension Season Passes, unlocking the ability to earn GVGX rewards. In addition to the VGX rewards for Genesis holders, all Honeyland players can pick up a free VGX-themed “Mad Hatter” style hat in the Honeyland Cosmetic Shop from June 12 to June 19. This cosmetic feature can be incorporated into any Bee, and by doing so, increases the Bee’s capacity features.
