Chain game Heroes of Mavia chooses Base as its ecological expansion plan
On February 28th, it was announced that Heroes of Mavia, a P2E blockchain game based on Ethereum, has chosen Base, a Layer2 solution incubated by Coinbase, as its ecosystem's scaling platform. The official statement said that Base's fast, secure, and low-cost transaction characteristics, combined with the 10-100x gas fee reduction brought by the soon-to-be-integrated EIP-4844, provide key support for the efficient operation of the Ruby market within Heroes of Mavia. In addition, Base's extensive infrastructure integration and reliable fiat exchange channels, DEX, etc., ensure the safe and reliable access of Mavia users and provide opportunities to serve the Coinbase ecosystem, making it a powerful L2 solution that meets the needs of Mavia.
Earlier, Heroes of Mavia announced on X platform that the selected Layer2 chain name would be announced at 15:00 UTC on February 27th. This Layer2 will support the entire game economy and provide motivation for millions of players within Mavia.
