Mark Cuban: New American urban housing plans can be delivered with L2 smart contracts and NFTs

Venture capitalist Jason Calacanis posted on X platform stating, "If I were the President of the United States, my first action would be to build 10 new cities in the United States, each with 1 million housing units. These fully planned cities will have excellent affordability, walkability, sustainability, and special amenities, bringing joy to children, the elderly, and the working class. If Saudi Crown Prince MBS can do this in Saudi Arabia, we can do it in the United States. We just need determination."

In response, Mark Cuban said he had already bought the town of Mustang in Texas. Jason Calacanis replied, "Great, I will send you a proposal for building a New American City. We will provide $250,000 for each housing unit, starting with 100,000 units, and unlock the other 900,000 units (construction task) when you achieve great success."

Mark Cuban asked, "So, you mean you will write a smart contract on ZK L2, which will check whether a construction permit has been issued and create an NFT and send it to me accordingly. When the oracle checks the property and utility records and confirms that the residence is completed, it will unlock and deliver 250,000 USDC to me? Will this smart contract continue to check the construction permit status and create a new NFT for each new housing unit? Is that right? We will use a multi-signature wallet to protect both parties' interests. Deal?"

Jason Calacanis replied, "I just plan to send you the money and trust that you can execute."
