Montenegrin court rejects Do Kwon's appeal in fake passport case
On November 16th, the High Court of Montenegro rejected Terra founder Do Kwon's appeal against his four-month imprisonment for forging official documents on the grounds of "baselessness". He will face extradition after serving his sentence.As previously reported by BlockBeats, on June 19th, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon was convicted of passport forgery in Montenegro and sentenced to four months in prison.
