Amir Bruno Elmaani, the 31-year-old founder of the now-defunct cryptocurrency project Oyster Protocol, has been sentenced to a maximum of four years in prison for tax evasion. On October 31, the U.S. Attorney's Office stated that Elmaani (also known as "Bruno Block") was sentenced to jail after pleading guilty on April 6.
