According to Tokenview's on-chain data monitoring, Ethereum issued a total of 163,600 tokens and destroyed a total of 155,200 tokens in the past 7 days; there was a net increase of 829 tokens, and an average of 1.54 tokens were destroyed per minute. The top three tokens with the highest amount of destruction are: Uniswap (1986.53 ETH destroyed), Eth transfers (974 ETH destroyed), and Maestro: Router2 (780 ETH destroyed).
