As monitored by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, a certain whale has withdrawn a total of 42,311 ETH ($70.55 million) from Binance since September 20th and transferred 30,710 ETH ($56.78 million) to Binance 5 minutes ago at an average price of about $1,667.
